Confident & Prepared for Your Child’s School Meeting

Empowering Florida families with a clear advocacy roadmap. Unlike our IEP & 504 Review which focuses primarily on analyzing the paperwork, our Meeting Preparation service focuses on emotionally and strategically preparing you. We’ll audit existing records together to clarify primary goals, identify specific concerns, and rehearse key talking points. You will enter your next school meeting feeling calm, supportive, and fully prepared to advocate for the support your child deserves.

How We Prepare Together

Document Audit

We perform a forensic audit of your child’s IEP/504 documents and evaluations. We vet every goal against clinical data to ensure the proposed school plan truly aligns with your child’s unique needs and Florida’s standards.

Agenda Strategy

We help you build a structured meeting agenda and talking points, ensuring critical concerns aren't rushed. This strategic mapping ensures the school team addresses your child's progress with focus and transparency.

Goal Vetting

We analyze the school's proposed goals for measurable progress and identifying vague language. Together, we draft data-backed alternatives that set clear, ambitious milestones for your child’s educational success.

Roleplay Prep

Walk into your school meeting with total calmness. We rehearse real-life scenarios and roleplay responses to common pushback, helping you maintain an expert and empowered voice for your child's advocacy.

How it differs from the IEP/504 Plan Review

  • IEP/504 Plan Review = understanding the plan

  • Meeting Preparation = getting ready to discuss the plan with the school team

Meeting Preparation is more intensive, more individualized, and more strategic.
